Service Description

Doorbell provides professional security device installation services, including but not limited to doorbell cameras, security cameras, and related security devices. Our services include assessment, installation, configuration, and tutorial on using the installed devices.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

When scheduling an appointment with Doorbell, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information and address details
  • Be present at the scheduled time or ensure an authorized person (18 years or older) is present
  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

Failure to provide 24-hour notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The final price for services will be confirmed at the time of your appointment and may vary based on the complexity of the installation and any additional materials required.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Doorbell provides a 30-day warranty on all installation services. This warranty covers issues directly related to our installation work but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties
  • Issues with the device itself (manufacturer defects)
  • Problems arising from power outages, internet connectivity issues, or other external factors
  • Normal wear and tear

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we will return to address any installation-related issues at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to install security devices on the property
  • Providing a safe working environment for our technicians
  • Having functioning internet service if required for your devices
  • Creating and maintaining any necessary accounts with device manufacturers
  • Backing up any data before our technicians work on your existing systems

Limitation of Liability

Doorbell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gives rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doorbell, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
